The platform will be available for you to pace the learning to your own capacities and dedicated time for learning.

On the impact assessment part, the aim is to equip participants with an understanding of different options and methodologies on how to perform impact assessment. They are presented in the Manual on economic impact assessment of SR measures in ERPs. A spreadsheet-based Impact Assessment Tool is available to support you in assessing economic impact. You will also get an insight of different examples of quantifications of economic impacts as a source for knowledge for your own work. To start with, there are examples of quantified impacts of structural reform measures from North Macedonia's ERP.

In the field of monitoring the outcomes of structural reforms, the platform will include examining all stages of setting and tracking key performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. identifying, assessing, choosing, presenting KPIs, and analyzing changes in their values during implementation. All this is captures in the Manual on selecting Key Performance Indicators for Monitoring the Results of Structural Reform Measures in ERPs.
