The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) hosts this Knowledge Management Platform to enable public administration professionals from the Western Balkans to connect with peers and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in regional public administration. The platform provides a central hub for accessing information on institutional, strategic, and legal frameworks, sharing best practices, and following current trends and trainings in public administration reform (PAR) processes.

Our goal is to keep this information timely and accurate. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them. However, ReSPA accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the information on this platform.

The Regional School of Public Administration, among others, aims to support the development of public administration within the Western Balkans and has a social media presence that includes Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, which will be used in promotion of the Knowledge Management Platform (KMP). We welcome all views, thoughts and ideas, and encourage you to participate in our online discussions. Please feel free to comment and share our content.

Moderation Policy for the KMP Community

In addition to social media moderation, the Knowledge Management Platform (KMP) Community is a space dedicated to fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the Western Balkans public administration. We encourage open dialogue and diverse perspectives, ensuring that discussions remain respectful and productive. To maintain a constructive environment, we will moderate all user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the KMP's core values of inclusivity, professionalism, and mutual respect. Posts and comments should be relevant to the topics being discussed, promoting a respectful exchange of ideas. Offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content will not be tolerated. All members are expected to engage respectfully. Harassment, abusive language, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic will result in content removal and possible suspension from the community.

We encourage debate and differing opinions, but contributions should be constructive and aimed at finding solutions or advancing the conversation. Content that is irrelevant, promotional, or deemed spam will be removed to keep discussions focused and valuable to the community. The KMP moderation team reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these guidelines. Repeat offenders may be removed from the platform.
