The EU-Western Balkans Summit Declaration from 2023 highlights the necessity of inclusive regional cooperation and good neighbourly relations both within the Western Balkans, and with the EU Member States. Declaration reconfirms EU`s commitment to bring the Western Balkans closer to the EU and to support implementation of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkan. Declaration reconfirms EU`s dedication to supporting accelerated socio-economic convergence through the Growth Plan and to further deepen political and policy engagement with the Western Balkan. As part of Declaration, the EU recalls support to public administration reform and capacity building, recognizing the role that Regional School of Public Administration - ReSPA has in this regard.
