1.Development of: 1) Guidebook for implementing competency-based interviews; 2) Development of a Professional Competences Framework; 3) Development of a comprehensive set of SMART interview questions for all categories of competences; 4) Development and conducting of tailored trainings based on the set of framework documents; 5) Production of video material and printing of the guidebook for the competency-based interviews
