The project contributes to further strengthening civil service, especially in view of the ongoing public administration reform efforts and the obligations and challenges stemming from the implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with the EU. This is achieved through selection of up to 50 candidates for postgraduate studies in universities in the EU in specific areas of the civil service identified in need of strengthening in order to implement EU-related reforms.

To improve the professional capacity of the civil service to better serve Kosovo citizens and meet obligations arising from the SAA.
