This project will contribute to fulfilment of the request of Article 111 Public Administration Reform from the Stabilization and Association Agreement. The project will also contribute in some of its key components to implementation of priority recommendation from European Commission Opinion key priority 14 “Complete essential steps in public administration reform towards improving the overall functioning of the public administration by ensuring a professional and de-politicised civil service and a coordinated countrywide approach to policy making.” The project will also contribute to the further implementation of the recommendations of European Commission country reports, PAR Special Group (SG) recommendations and as well provide support on improvement of capacities of coordination arrangements in charge of PAR along the revised Common Platform to support overall implementation and monitoring of the PAR Action Plan together with specific support for activities of the Action Plan on Public Administration 2018-2022 such as activity area 1 on policy development and coordination, activity area 3 on accountability.
