Short summary

The project focuses on enhancing the capacity of people, teams, and institutions in Montenegro to effectively coordinate, monitor, and report on the 2022-2026 Public Administration Strategy and Public Finance Reform Programme. By fostering an enabling environment, the initiative supports a series of integrated learning journeys tailored to real tasks, promoting knowledge exchange, stakeholder engagement, and iterative feedback. These efforts aim to strengthen public administration and financial management systems, ensuring sustainable reform outcomes and showcasing good practices. The project emphasizes practical, on-the-job learning, collaboration, and access to expert insights to drive meaningful improvements in governance.

Objectives

Overall objective: 
To increase performance and impact of the strategies through learning (together and from each other) and knowledge exchange. 
Specific objectives: 
1. Increased capacity for monitoring and coordinating strategy implementation 
2. Improved and more efficient monitoring and communication mechanisms, including reporting
