Short summary | The project aims to support the implementation of the Law on Civil Servants and related laws, focusing on the impact of the new competence framework on human resources management. It will assess the application and uniformity of these laws across the civil service. Additionally, the project will develop career models and create enhanced human resource management solutions to motivate civil servants, increase efficiency, and promote public administration as an attractive employer. This initiative is crucial for the effective implementation of civil service reform within the broader Public Administration Reform framework. |
