eConsultations Portal

The eConsultations Portal was established by a Government Decision ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 62/2021-49) as part of the eGovernment Portal, with the aim of enabling the public to participate electronically (online) in the process of preparing and adopting public policy documents and regulations.
This Decision requires state administration bodies to, in accordance with the regulations governing the planning system and the system of state administration in the Republic of Serbia, timely and fully publish all relevant information about consultations and public discussions conducted within their authority on the eConsultations Portal. For this purpose, each state administration body has civil servants responsible for managing individual processes on the portal where consultations or public discussions are held.
The portal is managed by the Republic Secretariat for Public Policy and ensures its smooth use by the public authorities, who are obliged to use this portal for conducting consultations and public hearings in the process of adopting regulations and planning documents.
Each consultation or public discussion process on the eConsultations Portal is managed by the relevant state administration body responsible for preparing specific public policy documents and regulations, through authorized civil servants.
This portal is designed to increase transparency and public involvement in decision-making processes related to public policies and laws.
