This initiative aims to select top-performing students who are graduated recently from accredited universities in Albania or abroad, provided their diplomas are officially recognized. Candidates must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 9.00–10.00 and hold degrees relevant to the advertised positions. Applicants are required to submit a CV using the official template, a copy of their diploma (including recognition documentation for foreign degrees), their transcript with a calculated GPA, a copy of their ID, a declaration of their judicial status, and proof of extracurricular activities, volunteering, or mobility programs.
